Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 15, 2026

By applying to or participating in the All Things NIL affiliate program (the “Program”), operated by All Things NIL and its affiliates (“All Things NIL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you,” “Affiliate,” or “Affiliates”) agree to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (this “Agreement”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract. If you do not agree, do not join or participate in the Program.

The Program allows approved Affiliates to refer new customers to All Things NIL's paid CONNECT Pro membership and related subscription services made available at allthingsnil.com. Commission rates, cookie windows, and campaign details are shown in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you apply on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

  • Provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any information we request during signup.
  • Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Each person or legal entity may maintain only one Program account unless we authorize otherwise.
  • You may not use the Program for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws, platform rules, or third-party terms.

2. Self-referrals and related accounts

Self-referrals do not qualify for commission. You may not use the Program to obtain a discount on CONNECT Pro or other All Things NIL services for yourself or for any person or entity under common ownership or control with you. All qualifying referrals must be bona fide, arm's-length transactions. Violations may result in forfeited commissions and termination.

3. Paid advertising and promotional restrictions

You may share your affiliate link on your website, blog, email list, social media, and with clients when done honestly and in compliance with applicable law. You may not:

  • Use your affiliate link in paid advertising that competes with or cannibalizes All Things NIL marketing, including search, social, or display ads, without our prior written approval.
  • Bid on our brand terms or close variants in paid search, including “All Things NIL,” “All Things N.I.L.,” “allthingsnil,” “allthingsnil.com,” CONNECT Pro coupons/discounts, or misspellings and lookalikes.
  • Use typosquatting, misleading redirects, doorway pages, parasitic software, toolbars, pop-unders, hidden iframes, or other deceptive methods to generate referrals.
  • Operate coupon, rebate, or deal-aggregator sites as an Affiliate without our written consent.

Abuse, gaming, or policy violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Questions about a specific promotion: affiliates@allthingsnil.com.

4. Compliance

While participating in the Program, you must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and similar regulations). You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC endorsement guidelines. You are responsible for your site, content, and promotional methods.

5. Commissions and payouts

A commission (“Commission”) may be earned when a new customer signs up for a qualifying paid CONNECT Pro subscription through your unique affiliate link on a bona fide basis and remains active through any review period shown in your dashboard. Commission percentages and campaign rules are set in your affiliate dashboard and may change with notice as described below.

  • Commissions apply to qualifying subscription revenue unless we state otherwise in writing.
  • Commissions are typically held for review for 30 days (or longer if stated in your dashboard) to account for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or fraud review.
  • Approved commissions are generally paid via PayPal according to the payout schedule and minimum threshold shown in your dashboard.
  • If a referred customer receives a refund or chargeback, related commissions will be reversed or withheld.
  • We may pay recurring commissions for as long as a referred customer maintains an active qualifying paid subscription, unless your campaign terms or dashboard state a limit.
  • We may withhold or deny commissions for suspicious traffic, require identity verification, and investigate questionable referrals.
  • Taxes on commissions are your responsibility. We do not gross up commission payments.

If you believe a referral was not tracked correctly, contact affiliates@allthingsnil.com with details. We may, but are not required to, grant manual credit in our discretion.

6. Affiliate responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your websites, emails, social channels, and promotional content. This includes ensuring that your materials are accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and that you maintain an appropriate privacy policy describing how you collect and use visitor data.

7. Use of links and brand materials

After approval, you may use the affiliate links, banners, and creative assets we provide, or create your own materials that comply with this Agreement and any brand guidelines we publish. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our Program materials only while you remain an approved Affiliate.

You may not imply that you are an employee, partner, owner, or official spokesperson of All Things NIL, or that we sponsor or endorse content beyond what this Agreement permits.

8. Customers

Customers acquired through the Program are customers of All Things NIL. Our platform terms, pricing, subscription policies, refunds, and customer support rules apply to them. We may change pricing, features, or offers at any time.

9. Non-disparagement

You agree not to make false, misleading, or disparaging statements about All Things NIL, our services, team, or partners. Breach may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

10. Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship. You have no authority to bind All Things NIL.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, including for spam, trademark abuse, fraudulent traffic, brand bidding, self-referrals, FTC violations, or promotional methods we deem harmful to our brand. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if earned through prohibited conduct or while you are in breach.

You may stop participating at any time by ceasing promotion and closing your affiliate account.

12. Audit

We may audit your promotional activity and records relating to the Program. If an audit reveals misreported referrals or overpayment, you must promptly repay overpaid amounts. Material misrepresentation may also result in termination and recovery of costs permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

The Program and tracking systems are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost commissions due to tracking failures, technical issues, cookie blocking, or third-party platform changes. Our total liability relating to the Program will not exceed the commissions paid or payable to you in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time by posting a revised version at this URL and updating the “Last updated” date. Material adverse changes may also be communicated through your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be sent to affiliates@allthingsnil.com. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies in courts located in Pennsylvania or another court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing limits our right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse.

16. Entire agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and All Things NIL regarding the Program and supersedes prior understandings on the same subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
