All Things NIL

Legal

Copyright Policy

Version 2026-02-17.1. Effective February 17, 2026.

Users post photos, video, and text. All Things NIL also displays links and embeds from services such as YouTube. This page explains how to ask us to remove material that infringes a copyright you own.

1. Designated agent

[DESIGNATED DMCA AGENT NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, AND EMAIL — REGISTER WITH THE U.S. COPYRIGHT OFFICE BEFORE RELYING ON THE DMCA SAFE HARBOR]. Until that registration is complete, send notices to support@allthingsnil.com. A mailbox alone does not complete the DMCA designated-agent requirement.

2. What to include

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The page address of the material on All Things NIL.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, the owner’s agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What we do

We review notices and may remove or disable the material. We may notify the user who posted it. That user may send a counter-notice that includes their contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction as the Copyright Act requires. We may restore material after a valid counter-notice if the complainant does not file a court action. Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be terminated.

We do not adjudicate trademark, publicity, or eligibility disputes through this copyright process. Those reports can still be sent to support@allthingsnil.com.

4. Music and embeds

Uploading a highlight with music you do not have a license for can infringe the composition and the recording. An embedded YouTube video is played from YouTube. YouTube’s terms govern that player. Embedding it on a NIL Page does not give All Things NIL ownership of the video.
