NIL and Recruiting Disclosures
Version 2026-02-17.1. Effective February 17, 2026.
Read this before you publish a profile, post an opportunity, or use a page in recruiting. These statements describe the Service as it operates. They are not legal advice and they are not an eligibility opinion.
1. What All Things NIL is
All Things NIL is a technology platform. It hosts profiles, public pages, directories, team and roster tools, messages, events, and Match Play listings. Athletes, parents, coaches, schools, professionals, brands, and visitors use those tools to find one another and to share information the product allows them to share.
2. What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee a scholarship, roster spot, recruiting offer, sponsorship, appearance, or any amount of income.
- We do not decide whether you are eligible for high school or college athletics.
- A public page, a “Profile verified” label, or a “School confirmed” label is not an endorsement by a school, college, conference, or athletic association.
- A GPA on a NIL Page is a number the athlete typed. It is not verified. A recruiter who needs a confirmed GPA does that research outside All Things NIL.
- We do not become your athlete agent, lawyer, or marketing representative because you have an account or because a professional is listed in the directory.
3. Your rules, not ours
NCAA member schools, conferences, state high school associations, and state NIL statutes can restrict compensation, inducements, representation, and disclosure. Those rules change, and they are not the same in every state or division. You, your parent or guardian, your school, and any brand you work with are responsible for the rules that apply to you. Opportunity creators in the product must confirm a listing is not pay for athletic performance. That checkbox is the creator’s statement. It is not a review by All Things NIL of every listing before it appears, except where an administrator queue actually holds the listing.
4. Endorsements
If an athlete is paid, or receives free products, to promote a brand, the athlete and the brand are responsible for a clear disclosure that the audience can see. All Things NIL does not add that disclosure to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or a public NIL Page automatically.
5. Professionals in the directory
A professional listing is a profile the operator has approved for the directory. It is not a certification that the person may recruit or represent athletes in your state. Agents and advisors have their own licensing and disclosure duties. Do not assume a directory profile satisfies those duties.
