Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to enter this agreement.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You may not share accounts, impersonate others, or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or users.

All Things NIL offers free and paid tiers. CONNECT Pro and other paid features are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan shown at checkout until you cancel through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.

• Prices and features may change with notice as required by law or as posted on the Service.
• Refunds are handled according to our posted refund policy and applicable law.
• Failure to pay may result in downgrade or loss of paid features.

You may upload profile information, photos, videos, bios, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant All Things NIL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service—including public N.I.L. profile pages you choose to publish.

You represent that you have the rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent activity.
• Upload malware, scrape the Service without permission, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent your identity, eligibility, athletic status, or affiliations.
• Use the Service to provide unauthorized legal, financial, or agent services to others.
• Interfere with other users or the security or performance of the Service.

The Service may help you discover professionals, brands, events, and opportunities. Listings and introductions are informational. All Things NIL does not guarantee outcomes, deals, scholarships, or employment. Your relationships with third parties are solely between you and them.

Content on the Service is for general educational and informational purposes only. All Things NIL does not provide legal, tax, financial, recruiting, or agent services. Nothing on the Service is a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and original content (excluding User Content), is owned by All Things NIL or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or exploit our materials except as permitted by these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL THINGS NIL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL THINGS NIL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless All Things NIL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
