Subscription Terms
Version 2026-02-17.1. Effective February 17, 2026.
These terms describe CONNECT Pro, the paid membership billed by Stripe. They supplement the Terms of Service. Public NIL Pages, public film, and the team tools that are currently free do not require this subscription.
1. Price and renewal
CONNECT Pro is $19 per month, billed monthly in U.S. dollars to the card you enter at Stripe checkout. The price charged is the price shown on the checkout page. The subscription renews each month until you cancel. There is no free trial unless the checkout page or a promotion code says otherwise.
By starting checkout you agree to this recurring charge. The pricing page states the amount, the monthly period, and how to cancel before you are sent to Stripe.
2. What the subscription adds
CONNECT Pro unlocks the paid actions the product gates today, including messaging professionals, applying to Match Play opportunities, and RSVPs or bookings that the interface marks as member features. It does not guarantee that any person will reply or hire you.
3. Cancellation
If you have a Stripe subscription, open Settings and choose Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update the card, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the period you already paid for. If you subscribed in an app store, this website portal may not be the cancellation path. CONNECT Pro checkout in this product uses Stripe on the web, not an app store.
Complimentary CONNECT Pro granted by an administrator is not a Stripe subscription. Canceling in Stripe does not remove a complimentary grant. Email support@allthingsnil.com to ask about that access.
4. Refunds
Charges are not refunded automatically. Email support@allthingsnil.com with the account email and the charge date. We review requests case by case and honor a refund the law requires. Canceling mid-month does not, by itself, refund that month.
5. Price changes
If the monthly price changes, the pricing page and Stripe checkout will show the new price before you are charged the new amount. We will not silently change the price of an existing subscription without the notice Stripe or applicable law requires.
6. Other paid services
Inner Circle, Market Me, and Brand-to-Brand are separate premium services. They are not included in the $19 CONNECT Pro charge unless a checkout page says they are. CONNECT Pro+ is $99 per month and includes CONNECT Pro plus the athlete merchandise store. Team Store is $200 per month for one team.
